House Sitting & Overnight Stays House sitting/overnight stays are ideal for longer periods of absence, or when you feel your cat or kitten needs that extra attention and care.  
Cat sitting daily visits are great for when you are going away for short periods of time. However, house sitting/overnight stays are perfect for longer holidays or for cats that require more care e.g. kittens, older cats, ones with injuries or that are on medication. They are also ideal for owners who feel their cats would be happier with live-in companionship. The Kitty Sitter has a small number of very reliable and trustworthy housesitters who have been thoroughly interviewed and reference checked. Each housesitter absolutely adores cats and has extensive experience in dealing with them. The client's needs are thoroughly assessed by the Kitty Sitter and a housesitter is appointed. The housesitter will meet with the client to make sure they feel comfortable leaving their loved ones in their care, before an agreement is signed and a deposit taken. The additional services offered by the cat sitting daily visit service are included free of charge in the house sitting/overnight service. These include litter changing, cat brushing, medicating, mail collection, taking out rubbish, plant watering, and of course lots and lots of cuddles! Other services needed are discussed at the needs assessment stage.

Please note: *The fees above are for a minimum stay of 12 hours e.g. 7pm-7am. Generally a sitter will stay for longer, but if you require a guaranteed number of hours or 24 hour care, you will be charged $10 for each additional hour. |
